David Brown 950
The David Brown 950 — built for strength, trusted for its reliability, and a true 1950s workhorse that still stands the test of time.
Bert Jones, a retired farmer and lifelong admirer of David Brown tractors, began collecting in the mid-1990s. The David Brown 770, 880, and 990 were the true originals—the foundation of what would become a remarkable collection, all sourced locally from farms across West Wales.
Bert took great pleasure in buying, selling, and trading tractors and parts, always enjoying the hunt as much as the machines themselves. He was truly a one-off character, known for his quick wit and sharp one-liners.
Bert sadly passed away in October 2025. His humour, knowledge, and passion for farming heritage will be greatly missed, but his legacy lives on through this collection.
